Our aim is to provide pet dog owners with training that is kind, fair and effective, in a friendly and informal environment.  We only use positive reinforcement techniques during training and do not allow the use of choke chains, slip leads (allowed on gundog course only), shock collars or harsh handling . Whether in a class or during a 1-1 session the welfare of dog and owner is of paramount importance to us.  We are more than happy to work with other professionals that may be involved with your dog, such as veterinary surgeons, pet behaviour counsellors and breed or general rescue organisations.

Cumbria Clever K9S is listed as a training organisation with the Kennel Club and the Brithish Institute of Professional Dog Trainers.
